I’ve been traveling quite a bit, I’ve spent Christmas in India, playing with Ilaiyaraaja in the Nehru Stadium in Chennai for about 15.000 people. In January, I had the pleasure to work with a great guitarist from Hungary, Attila Laszlo, in Budapest at the Palace of the Arts. I also did a couple of recordings here in NY and a tour with Gilad Hekselman, one with Lionel, one with Jacques Swarzbarth in Haiti and I spent a few days in Germany with Dan Tepfer. And its only March…:) Now, I am getting ready for my flight to London, to record with the great Ilaiyaraaja. Right after that I will be playing with my band featuring Chris Cheek, Sam Yahel and Gilad Hekselman, at Matt Garrison’s performance space, the Shapeshifter Lab.
